By using TransferX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Allowed Use

You agree to use TransferX only for lawful purposes. You must NOT upload:

• Illegal content (e.g., copyright infringement, malware, illegal pornography).
• Content that promotes violence or hate speech.
• Files larger than 50MB.

3. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

TransferX is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, including files deleted after the 3-hour retention period.
